Dr Paul Cozzi
Dr Paul Cozzi graduated from the University of NSW in 1990, and then went on to complete his Urology training and obtained a FRACS (Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons) in 1999.
Dr Cozzi has a major interest in clinical and laboratory based cancer research and completed a Masters in Surgery in 1998. He obtained 2 years of fellowship training in Urologic Oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Dr Paul Cozzi’s expertise in prostate cancer treatment includes the latest techniques, pioneering nerve sparing surgery with open and robotic surgery, to optimise cure rates whilst maintaining erectile function.
Dr Cozzi has been published widely, including several landmark papers in international journals of excellence, and book chapters with more than 100 peer-reviewed publications to date. He is very active in research and training.
Dr Paul Cozzi maintains active international collaborations, is regularly invited to speak at scientific meetings.
Dr Paul Cozzi currently holds appointments as a VMO (Visiting Medical Officer) at Ramsay Surgical Centre Miranda, Hurstville Private, St George Private and Karena Private Hospitals.
